Basketball DOS game

Does anybody know of a DOS Basketball or Baseball game like the UFL? If so please let me know. Thanks.

I know Kevin (steelerman on the forum) used Jump Shot Basketball for one of his sim leagues, might be worth having a look for that. Don't know if it came in DOS or anything though, but you might get lucky.
