Is there anyway where I can change the field so it is 50 yards long and 28 yards wide like in arena and indoor football?

I also need to disable punting, if possible.

Nothing like that built into the game thus far, closest you'll get to Arena football is changing the team names and using your imagination.

As Joe said, you cannot disable punting or change the length of the field. That is hard-coded into the game. My newest league, the USFL, is based on Arena Football. I just renamed the teams to AFL teams and set all of the teams' playing surfaces to "Indoor Artificial." The rest is imagination.
