What defense do you prefer to play against a running team? Passing team? What are the most effective?

I am certainly no expert on coaching as I am an all-sim guy. Perhaps JoeMontana or some of the other players that coach could answer that.

I tend to go almost exclusively with 3-4 no matter who I'm up against - which might explain why my explosive offense normally has to fight to outscore every opponent I meet!
